Notice For 2023 AGM To Be Held In Person

Dear Members,

It has been proposed and agreed by the HRD Network Bangalore Chapter Executive Committee to conduct an IN PERSON Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2022 – 2023. This will be held on Saturday, 22nd July 2023 at 9:30 hrs at the NHRD office premises referred below:

AGM Agenda:

1. Welcome by the Chapter President.
2. Presentation of Annual Activity Report for 2022-23 by the Hon. Secretary.
3. Presentation of Balance Sheet & Auditor’s report for member’s approval, by the Treasurer. The copy of the audited accounts and balance sheet will be uploaded in our website (nhrdbangalore.com), 4 days prior to the AGM date.
4. Appointment of the auditor for the year Financial Year 2023-24.
5. Election of Executive Committee 2023 – 2025: Detailed Election process to be shared by the appointed RO, followed by election for the following office bearer positions:

7. Vice President ———1 post
8. Secretary—————-1 post
9. Joint Secretary ———2 posts
10. Treasurer —————1 post
11. EC members————-4 posts
12. RO to announce the election results before 1300 hrs of 22nd Jul, 2023 and declare formation of the new Committee for the next 2 years period effective 22nd July 2023 to 30th June 2025. This will also include declaration of results via NHRDBC Website (nhrdbangalore.com) and email (contact@nhrdbangalore.com).
13. Any other subject with the permission of the chair.

15. Self Introduction by the new Committee members

• The following are eligible to attend and vote: Members Honoris Causa, Authorized Representatives of Institutional Member, Individual Members whose membership is valid as on 31^st Mar 2023.
