Malathi KS is the Rewards Practice Leader at Mercer India, specializing in cross-industry consulting, global mobility, and compensation strategy. With nearly three decades of experience, she brings deep expertise in market benchmarking, total rewards, and remuneration practices.
She has worked with leading organizations including Infosys, Volvo India, Bosch Group, and Xerox, and has led key initiatives in global compensation and rewards strategy.
Malathi holds a postgraduate qualification in personnel management and is currently pursuing a Digital Leadership Program at XLRI.
