Inclusion Summit 2023 – ‘Evolve with Purpose’

Schneider Electric and NHRD Bangalore Chapter are pleased to invite you to the Inclusion Summit 2023 with the theme ‘Evolve with Purpose’.

This Inclusion Summit will feature our flagship women’s entrepreneurial event – Prerna Awards, which was launched in 2015 with the objective of recognizing Women Entrepreneurs (including MSMEs) who have done cutting-edge and innovative work, breaking the traditional mindset. This year, the award ceremony will be held as part of our Inclusion Summit.

As the world continues to evolve, organizations must go beyond addressing how inclusion looks and instead strive for a culture of authenticity, flexibility, and purpose.

The summit is designed to help us all understand how we can foster equity and increase awareness to become an even stronger inclusion champion beyond optics and workspace.
It will also focus on how different organizations can and have practiced inclusion in their sphere of influence. It aims to shine a much-needed light on how all of us as individuals can act as a catalyst for creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive world around us. Everyone benefits from—and everyone has a role to play in— fostering an inclusive culture.

We have lined up a diverse set of speakers who will engage in meaningful dialogue around relevant topics across inclusion and inspire you to play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive ecosystem.
