Dear Members,
In view of the current pandemic, it has been proposed and agreed by the HRD Network Bangalore Chapter to conduct a Virtual Annual General Body (AGM) for FY 2020 – 2021. This will be held on Saturday, 17th July 2021 at 10:00 hrs on Zoom. Details will be shared with participants on registration.
AGM Agenda:
- Welcome by the Chapter President.
- Presentation of Annual Activity Report for 2020-21 by the Hon. Secretary.
- Presentation of Balance Sheet & Auditor’s report for member’s approval, by the Treasurer. The copy of the audited accounts and balance sheet will be uploaded in our website (www.nhrdbangalore.com), 4 days prior to the AGM date.
- Appointment of the auditor for the year 2021-22.
- Chapter Secretary to propose modifications to the prevalent Bye-Laws of the Chapter & seek endorsement by the members through VC based voice votes.
- Chapter Secretary to share EC’s decision on application of credible online software for election online voting & counting of votes (solely accessed & managed by the appointed RO). The link for the online voting will be shared with all members on the day of elections- Sunday July 18th 2021 and the link will be live for members to complete the voting between 10 am and 5 pm.
- Detailed Election process to be shared by the appointed RO, including declaration of results via NHRDBC Website and email (contact@nhrdbangalore.com), for the following office bearer positions :
a. Hon. President 1 post
b. Hon. Vice President 2 posts
c. Secretary 1 post
d. Joint Secretary 2 posts
e. Treasurer 1 post
f. EC members 3 posts
RO to announce the election results before 7:00 pm of July 19, 2021 and declare formation of the new Committee for the next 2 years period effective 22nd July 2021 to 30th June 2023 - Any other subject with the permission of the chair
- Vote of thanks by Chapter Secretary
Any member of NHRD (except student members) who is associated with this institution in the past continuous 24 months (as of 30th June, 2021) is eligible to stand for election for any of the above referred position (Details in Annexure-A and Annexure B to this notice available as a download below)
