Dear Members,
Further to the initial Circular issued on 7th July 2025 regarding the IN PERSON Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2024 – 2025, this is an update with certain amendments to the announcement.
In response to several requests received, it was observed that the originally scheduled IN PERSON Annual General Meeting, coincided with festival holidays, posing challenges for members to participate in person. Accordingly, the schedule has been revised to ensure broader accessibility and convenience.

AGM Agenda:
1. Welcome by the Chapter President.
2. Presentation of Annual Activity Report for 2024-25 by the Hon. Secretary.
3. Presentation of Balance Sheet & Auditor’s report for member’s approval, by the Treasurer. The copy of the audited accounts and balance sheet will be uploaded on our website (www.nhrdbangalore.com), 4 days prior to the AGM date.
4. Appointment of the auditor for the year 2025-26.
5. Election of Executive committee 2025-2027: Detailed Election process to be shared by the appointed Returning Officer (RO), including declaration of results via NHRD Bangalore Website (www.nhrdbangalore.com) and email (reachus@nhrdbangalore.com)
You are requested to kindly confirm your attendance for the AGM by clicking on Register by 1700 hrs on or before 11th August, 2025 so as to make necessary arrangements.
