Dear Members,
It is time to hold elections for the council of management for NHRD Bangalore Chapter, since the current management committee term ends as of July 2025.
All eligible members (except student members) of NHRD Bangalore Chapter can participate in this election as a nominee / proposer of nominee / voter, for any of the position(s) as referred in AGM notice dated 7th July 2025 and as stated below.
Election of Executive committee 2025-2027 – following are the office bearer positions:

Please find the nomination form (and Proposer’s form) attached for the above purpose. Please send the consent of the nominee and his/her brief profile along with the nomination form. Every Nomination should be proposed by two active NHRD members and the Nominee should have been an active member of NHRD for a period more than Two years uninterrupted.

The Returning Officer to announce the election results before 1300 hrs of 9th August 2025 and declare formation of the new Committee for the next 2 years period effective 9th August 2025 to 9th August 2027.
Please ensure the nomination form is complete in all respects which otherwise may lead to invalidation. Completed nomination (along with 1st & 2nd proposer’s filled in form) be addressed to Dr.Pallab Bandyopadhyay, Returning Officer.

The Nomination Papers (along with proposer details) to be scanned to a PDF format and mailed to the Returning Officer Dr.Pallab Bandyopadhyay on the email ID returningofficer@nhrdbangalore.com latest by Wednesday, 23th July, 2025, 11:59 pm, with a cc to reachus@nhrdbangalore.com
The following are eligible to attend and vote: Members Honoris Causa, Authorized Representatives of Institutional Member, Individual Members whose membership is valid as on 1st July, 2025.
